At the end of 2005 I started showing my work publicly which greatly affected what and how I would paint moving forward, in some cases for the better, in cases for the worse. By around the end of 2009 I became extremely burnt out from painting and I also started working full time managing a sushi restaurant so my art career essentially came to a halt. That 2006-2009 was the most productive period of my painting career and the vast majority of the artwork here came from that period with the odd piece here and there coming afterwards.
